Flying with my family through the 9 Air BRU Terminal was a delightful experience. From the moment we arrived at the airport, we were welcomed by friendly staff who made our check-in process efficient and stress-free. The staff were attentive and helped us with all the necessary steps, including checking in our luggage and answering our questions with a smile. Brussels Airport itself is well-organized, and we easily found our way through security and to the departure gates. There was a good variety of dining options available, and we enjoyed a quick meal before boarding our flight. The terminal was spacious, clean, and had plenty of seating areas, making it an easy place to relax with the kids while we waited. Boarding was organized by seat number, which made the process quick and smooth. The staff were friendly, and they made sure that everyone was comfortably seated and informed about flight details. The flight itself was comfortable. Although we didn’t get free meals, the snacks available on board were reasonably priced. Overall, our experience with 9 Air from BRU Terminal was hassle-free, and I would definitely choose them again for our next family trip.
