Hi, I had a few questions about my Flying Blue membership, so I visited the KLM Airlines Buenos Aires Office. The employees were surprisingly friendly and knowledgeable about the program and instructed me on how I can earn more miles, upgrade my seats, and take advantage of lounge services. They even demonstrated to me how to properly connect my Flying Blue number to my upcoming bookings so I don't miss earning points. I was also able to verify the eligibility of some of the promotional offers face-to-face with them, which is not something that I have any hope of doing on the internet. KLM Airlines were more useful than the call centre. As a frequent flyer, I felt treated with respect, and it was nice to receive face-to-face assistance from people who actually know the ins and outs of the loyalty scheme.
