"I went to the Norse Atlantic Airways Rome Office recently, and I was impressed by the service. Before, I had read mixed reviews, but my experience was very good. The staff were friendly and efficient, sorting out a last-minute seat upgrade for me without any problem. They were also helpful when I asked for information about flight details, which was a nice touch. The office was tidy, and I didn't have to wait too long, even though it was busy.". But there were a few negatives. The signage regarding baggage policies could be more explicit. When I first booked my ticket, I was informed that I had a certain amount of allowance, but at the office, I was advised of extra charges for checked bags. Although I know this is the norm with low-cost airlines, it would have been better to have all this information at the outset. Although there were some slight inconveniences, professionalism on the part of the staff and the hassle-free check-in experience compensated for it. The flight itself was on time and comfortable, and the in-flight customer service staff were exceptional. I believe Norse Atlantic is still refining a few rough edges, but generally speaking, I had a good experience at their Rome office and would fly with them again, provided that I double-check the baggage information next time."
