I had the pleasure of stopping by the Air canada Office in Philadelphia International Airport for some last-minute help during my most recent trip, and it ended up being one of the smoothest travel experiences I've ever had. It was uncertain whether I would reach my next gate in time, and I had a tight connection between planes. In addition to being friendly, the employees at the Air Canada office were quite effective in resolving my issues. I was rescheduled on an earlier connecting flight after they promptly checked my flight status to make sure I wouldn't miss my next destination. My baggage problems were also resolved by the crew, who assisted me in submitting a claim for my delayed bags.
