A few days prior to departure, my family and I visited the Virgin Atlantic Munich Office. We wanted to confirm a few things, including the destination's visa requirements. The staff members were outstanding. They smiled as they greeted us and addressed all of our questions. Even though my parents don't speak much English, the staff didn't mind. We were able to grasp everything because they spoke slowly and clearly. To us, that was a huge issue. The entire experience was enjoyable.
