The attendants were cheerful and well-informed. They took their time and made sure we understood everything before we departed. We were really pleased with the attention and assistance we got. The entire procedure was streamlined and effective. It was far superior to making educated guesses online. We were reassured and taken care of when we stopped by the office. I would definitely go back.
