My wife, children, and I went to the Brussels Airlines Dubai office last month. We chose to go in person because we were having a minor problem with our tickets. The personnel gave us a warm welcome and paid close attention to our issue. They quickly resolved the problem and did so in a very professional manner. In addition to receiving respectful treatment, my kids had access to a small play area to keep them busy. Everything about the trip was quite good.
