Locate the tiny, oval buttons on the rear of the watch, close to where the band attaches.
Just press down the release button for a time.
Push the band sideways away from the watch while you press the button.
When sliding the band out, if it is not coming out easily, then press the button all the way. It might be necessary to pull the band slightly whilst depressing the button.
Repeat these steps on the other connection point in case you are removing both sides of the band.
