I had a great time visiting the Flydubai Airlines Warsaw Office with my family. We chose to ask questions in person since we were a little perplexed about our tickets. The employees were courteous and welcomed us with open arms. They were thorough in their explanations of all the rules and showed patience. They even helped us choose our airline seats. The office wasn't too busy and was easy to find. We greatly valued the way they handled everything. We felt more at ease before our vacation because of this visit. The personnel at Warsaw Flydubai are amiable and competent.
