My family and I recently visited the Virgin Atlantic Munich Office, and we were blown away by how helpful the employees were. We didn't want to use the internet to rebook our flight, so we wanted help. It was made simple and effective by the office workers. They listened to us and gave us the best options. There was a comfortable place to sit while waiting, and the office was neat and orderly. For all of us, it was a very enjoyable experience. I'm really happy we met in person since it made things smoother and more relatable.
