I’ve noticed that a lot of construction problems don’t come from bad workmanship they start way earlier, in the numbers. If the quantities are off even a little, the whole project feels it later, whether it’s delays, material shortages, or unexpected cost jumps.

That’s why I’ve started taking estimating services for construction more seriously. When the quantities and costs are clear from day one, it’s way easier to keep everything under control. Even small projects feel smoother because you’re not guessing or adjusting every second week.
