Reminder: The 2026 CMS Open Payments annual reporting window opens March 1st. All applicable manufacturers and group purchasing organizations must submit full records of all payments and transfers of value made during the 2025 calendar year. This year CMS has added new mandatory reporting requirements for virtual events, speaking fees and in-kind consulting support. Late submissions now carry an automatic minimum fine of $1600 per unreported transaction.
