I've been posting on here off and on for about a year, mostly venting about how frustrating my workers' comp case has been and asking for advice that I never actually took. That was dumb, I know that now. I got hurt at work about fourteen months ago, a bad fall that messed up my ankle and required surgery, and I've been fighting the insurance company ever since. They denied my physical therapy, sent me to doctors who said I was fine when I clearly wasn't, and cut off my benefits twice for reasons that made no sense. I finally hit a wall a couple months ago when they denied a second surgery that my doctor said was necessary and I just couldn't do it anymore.
