The Southwest Airlines Fort Lauderdale Office in Florida If you have questions about flights or baggage or need to book, you've come to the right place. South Florida, a prime vacation destination, and Port Everglades, one of the nation's busiest cruise ports, see nonstop flights from most locations daily, so it pays to learn the airline's policies and procedures. Once you have your confirmation, passenger name, and dates of travel, then you are ready to ask questions about getting your tickets changed, travel credit used to make fares, your boarding position, and Rapid Rewards points. Thinking about your airline questions politely and having your info ready helps you get your answer quickly.
