So I'd pretty much made up my mind on this 520i, nice colour, low mileage, seller seemed genuine, and I was already picturing it in my parking spot. My cousin talked me into getting it looked at first and honestly I went in expecting them to just confirm what I already thought. Turned out there was a leaking gasket and some suspension work coming up that nobody had mentioned, nothing that would've shown up on a five minute test drive. I'd been asking around for Leading pre purchase checks for BMW buyers in Khalifa City and ended up just going with the one people kept mentioning, and I'm glad I did because I would've been out of pocket within a month. Seller wasn't happy but that's not really my problem. Sharing mainly for anyone else in the same boat who thinks a quick drive is enough, it really isn't.
