Your physician will develop a treatment plan to help you manage your ADHD symptoms, at home and elsewhere such as work or school. This may include behavioral therapy, medication such as Adderall, or both. Another drug can be recommended if Adderall is not appropriate.
If Adderall is found to be a good option for you, your doctor will go over the risks, benefits, and how to take it. Adderall should not be prescribed for children under 3 years of age. Your doctor might suggest an alternative medication based on numerous factors, such as their age.
