I recently used Terminal D at Philadelphia International Airport to fly with United Airlines PHL Terminal, and I was pleased with the whole experience. When I arrived, the check-in location was easily identifiable, and I quickly and easily used one of the self-service kiosks. Throughout the process, the staff was helpful and kind, and they were close by to help.

With well-organized lines and polite TSA officers, security screening at Terminal D was effective. I liked that there were many signs to help drivers navigate, which made it easy even during peak hours. The terminal had an excellent selection of food and drink options, clean facilities, and ample space once you passed security. After getting a coffee, I took some time to unwind at one of the charging stations.

Despite the lack of a specialized lounge in Terminal D, United's shared United Club near Terminal C was easily accessible and provided a peaceful setting for relaxation. The gate attendant effectively maintained priority boarding lanes and made clear announcements during the smooth boarding process.

All in all, United's operation at PHL Terminal D seems well-planned and convenient for passengers. Check-in and takeoff went without a hitch. I would gladly take a United Airlines flight from this terminal once more.
