I was welcomed with sincere warmth and professionalism as soon as I stepped in. The staff took the time to learn about my plan and provided knowledgeable guidance that I hadn't thought of before, including how to maximize my Miles & More points, better stopover times, and transit routes that are visa-friendly. Their individual approach was what most impressed me. They provided a vegetarian meal and kindly assisted me in choosing the seats I wanted.
