A few weeks ago, my friends and I visited the Kenya Airways Hong Kong Office to complete various travel-related tasks. The staff knew exactly what to do for us and was really polite. They provided clear and understandable explanations of everything. They offered words of consolation to one of my pals who was nervous about flying for the first time. We were genuinely pleased with the treatment we received. Having a location where you can go and be appreciated and heard is amazing. Grinning, we departed.
