What most impressed me was their attention to detail. They explained the pricing rules, meticulously went over my alternatives, and even helped me use JetBlue's TrueBlue points to maximize my vacation. Their knowledge and attention surprisingly made what could have been a stressful encounter simple and enjoyable. That day, I was reminded of how important providing exceptional service is.
