The personnel was focused, knowledgeable, and sincere in their desire to ensure my journey went smoothly. They carefully went over my itinerary with me, gave me wise travel advice, and even suggested undiscovered treasures in Bali and Hong Kong that I had never thought of. The most notable aspect of the service was how customized it seemed. Curating a journey was more important than simply scheduling a flight. Everything was customized to my comfort level, including lounge access, lunch preferences, and seat selection. The level of detail was astounding.
