My family and I just went to the Cebu Pacific New York Office, and we had a great time. They greeted us with smiles and were very helpful while we were there. They provided us with detailed answers to all of the questions we had about our flight to the Philippines. They helped us select our seats and gave us advice on how to check in efficiently. We didn't have to wait long, and the office was tidy and comfortable. Talking to actual individuals who genuinely cared was pleasant. The service was satisfactory to my whole family.
