I had a stress-free and easy visit to the Air Astana Phnom Penh Office in Cambodia. Although I was anxious, the personnel made the process of altering my ticket quite simple. After hearing about my problem, they promptly examined everything and, in less than ten minutes, issued me a new ticket. Since my ticket was flexible, there were no additional fees. I was truly taken care of. Everybody was courteous and made me feel at home. I wish to keep flying with Air Astana because of this kind of service.
