Sildalist is a medication typically used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. It contains a combination of sildenafil citrate and tadalafil, both of which are PDE5 inhibitors that improve blood flow to the penis, helping men achieve and maintain an erection during sexual activity. However, Sildalist is not intended for use by females. For women, the safety and efficacy of Sildalist have not been studied or established. While sildenafil and tadalafil are used to treat various conditions like pulmonary hypertension in both men and women, their use for sexual dysfunction in women is not approved or recommended.
