I went to the Delta Airlines Paris Office with my grandma to check the status of our trip and to ask about wheelchair assistance for my grandmother. The staff was really polite and courteous. They made sure everything was in order for our return trip and helped us fill out a request form. We had a lot of support. They reassured us and addressed all of our inquiries. Their friendliness was quite helpful, even though traveling may be stressful. Personally, I appreciate the help we received at the Paris office. I would undoubtedly recommend it to everyone.
