I had a great experience with the Egyptair Amman office, as did my friends. We made the decision to go there and fix the problems we were having with our reservation. Everything was resolved quickly and with great friendliness by the staff. The office was neat, orderly, and conveniently located. The staff provided thorough explanations and were understanding. We never experienced any pressure. It was a simple procedure. We were cheerful and prepared to travel as soon as we left the office. We went personally, and I'm very happy we did since it made things easier.
