Concern over substance abuse and its effects on society is on the rise. The creation of substance abuse programmes, or DOT SAP Providers, is the result of this worry. The purpose of DOT SAPs is to treat abusers, their families, and society at large. They may be managed by either private organisations or state and local governments.
