The office has a modern yet friendly vibe and is at a good location. The staff truly cared about creating the ideal travel itinerary, and they were friendly and accommodating from the moment I arrived. After carefully going over my itinerary, the staff gave me professional guidance on aircraft routes, seat preferences, and even suggestions for where I should go next.
