The Storytelling Start of My Journey When I first walked into the  Emirate Airlines Miami Office I realized this would not be your average trip. There was a calm, orderly, and welcoming atmosphere in contrast to the typical commotion of airline headquarters. The first person to greet me was a friendly employee who seemed really interested in helping me. When I needed to make some last-minute changes for my international trip, the staff was helpful and kind. Apart from seamlessly reserving my ticket, they also helped me select a more suitable seat and offered guidance on Emirates' Skywards program, which I had not yet fully utilized. What was most obvious was the attention to detail.
