I recently came across a document titled "Minister Guidelines & Code of Conduct" while researching standards for healing ministers. It got me thinking—how much structure is too much when it comes to spiritual service?

On one hand, clear guidelines help maintain accountability and integrity. On the other hand, could rigid codes limit the freedom and sensitivity needed for spirit-led healing work?

• Should healing ministers follow a uniform Minister Healing  guidelines, or should it be more fluid based on calling and context?

• How do we ensure ethical practices without stifling the flow of the Holy Spirit?
